Audit confirmed `/terms-of-use/`, `/terms-and-conditions/`, and `/terms/` all returned 404 on the live WP site. Footer links across the WP site point to a Terms page that never existed. Action items before launch: 1. Confirm the legal entity name and jurisdiction (same as Privacy Policy). 2. Have counsel draft Terms covering: program purchase terms, refund / guarantee policy (BF365 historically had a completion- gated money-back), AOS subscription terms, acceptable use of the site, IP ownership, and liability limits. 3. Surface to footer once published.
